I had such a delightful stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites, Hartington! The manager, Julie, was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and very comfortable, contributing to a truly cozy experience.
Shower water pressure was low.

The check-in process had hiccups with reservation issues and incorrect charges post-stay. The TV had limitations despite manager attempts to resolve, but ended up fixing it ourselves in the morning.

Comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.
The check-in experience was frustrating as the clerk struggled to locate my reservation, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. Additionally, the breakfast area was cramped and poorly designed, making it difficult to navigate. The breakfast itself needed more attention. it wasn't frequently refreshed, leaving many items lukewarm and less appetizing.

Visiting family in the area for a couple of days was smooth thanks to the comfortable room we had. The beds were really cozy, which made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was decent, though it could have been kept warmer. The service staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, making it a memorable visit overall.
